Maruchi Wotogbe is an international development specialist and management consultant with over 14 years of experience in global health and development programs across public, non-profit, and private sectors. In his role as a Senior Consultant at GHV, he supports strategy, policy, and advocacy initiatives with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, focusing on development finance reforms, WASH, NTDs, women’s health, health supply chains, and global health institutions engagement.
Maruchi's experience spans countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, South-East Asia, the Middle East, and Canada, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of diverse contexts. He leverages this expertise to design and implement tailored solutions that enable global health and development program delivery. He is also the founder of Development Delivery Partners (DDP), where he leads a global portfolio of work at the intersection of environmental sustainability, global health, and development that serves clients including the Gates Foundation, the Global Platform for Access to Childhood Cancer Medicines (GPACCM), WHO, UNICEF, and McKing Consulting Corporation.
Throughout his career, Maruchi has been a trusted advisor to philanthropic organizations, international development partners, corporations, and governments. He previously worked with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Gavi, UNICEF, and Solina Health/Solina Center for International Development and Research (SCIDaR).
Maruchi holds an MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex, a Postgraduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management and Global Logistics from the University of Essex, and a BSc in Human Physiology from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, listening to music, watching soccer, and spending time with his family.
