Jenny is a creative and human-centered designer with more than 10 years of experience in consulting, design, and research. She was previously a Manager at Deloitte and has a background in designing and facilitating experiential workshops as well as creating physical innovation spaces. She enjoys blending creativity and visual techniques with management consulting practices and specializes in bringing conversations and events to life through graphic facilitation.

Jenny holds a B.A. in Political Science from George Washington University and is a recent graduate of the MPhil in Inclusive Innovation master’s program at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business (UCT GSB). During her time at UCT GSB, she focused on civil society and government responses to the Covid-19 food crisis in South Africa as well as on partnering for short-term action and long-term interventions in the food system. She also gained research experience in corporate sustainability strategies and the SDGs in Africa, global climate leadership, and resilient leadership during Covid-19. Her research has been published in Business & Society, The Conversation, andStanford Social Innovation Review to date.
