As senior associate at GHV, Tidah works within GHV’s Africa team, supporting the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s East Africa and Policy Advocacy Communications (PAC) teams. Her work includes project management, execution, and strategy support.
Tidah has more than five years of deep expertise in partnership cultivation, research and analysis, new business generation, strategic communications, resource mobilization, and project management within global health and higher education.
Previously, Tidah served as a senior fellow in partnerships and resource mobilization at the Financing Alliance for Health (FAH) and prior to this, a senior development associate at the African Leadership Group (ALG). In executing these roles, she project-managed funding partnerships with organizations like the Mastercard Foundation, Dry Creek Foundation, Crown Family Philanthropies, and Moderna Charitable.
Tidah holds a BSc in Microbiology and Biotechnology and an MBA with a focus on strategic management, both from the University of Nairobi. She currently resides in Nairobi, Kenya.
Outside of work, Tidah enjoys road tripping, hanging out with her goddaughter, hiking, doing foodie things, and strength/cross-training.
