Kelly Connors

As an engagement manager at GHV, Kelly provides program management and strategic project support for the Gender Integration and Data & Insights teams at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Gender Equality Division.

She has over 12 years of experience in providing strategy consulting services to commercial, non-profit, and public sector clients. Kelly is an experienced strategist with an entrepreneurial mindset. She has a deep expertise in human-centered design and innovation strategy as well as enabling program management across large projects and teams.

Prior to GHV, Kelly managed human-centered design and innovation projects at Deloitte Consulting, primarily for commercial clients in the pharmaceutical industry. She also worked at the Center for Innovation and Impact at USAID, where she supported programs in the Middle East, Latin America, and the Caribbean, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic.

Kelly holds a BS in business and master’s degrees in public policy and business administration from the University of Virginia. Her work spans across the U.S., Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She lives near the mountains between Denver and Boulder, Colorado.

Outside of work, Kelly spends much of her time outdoors or indoors with her cat. She has run 15 marathons, including the Boston Marathon twice.
