As a senior consultant at GHV, Julie supports partners with research, strategy development, and communications. Recent work includes co-authoring the Clean Air Fund Strengthening Air Quality Management Guidance report and authoring the WaterAid America report.
Julie specializes in partnership-based approaches to global health and development. She has supported numerous initiatives focused on leveraging public-private partnerships to address health challenges, including vaccine hesitancy, air pollution, HIV, and health equity. As a consultant, she has worked with a range of clients, including UNICEF, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, and the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations.
Her previous experience includes 10 years at the United Nations Foundation (UNF), where she managed partnerships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including donors, UN agencies, governments, NGOs, and the private sector. She also led the design and implementation of communications and advocacy campaigns across eight countries in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and Latin America.
Julie holds an MA in international economic policy from American University and a BA from the Ohio State University. Outside of work, you can find her with her family, on long runs, or hopefully at a beach somewhere.
