Cambria has more than 15 years of experience supporting organizations by building teams and spaces that are delightful, people-centered, and mission-aligned. As chief talent officer, she led the team through the creation of new human capital systems and role redesigns, while transitioning the organization’s decision-making and accountability structures. She also built, facilitated, and coordinated the dual city expansion of the Essentials program, which supported over 975 early-stage education entrepreneurs in over 40 states
Cambria holds a degree in theology from Gordon College. She spent the majority of her career in New Orleans, initially moving there to support community and home rebuilding efforts post-Katrina. She currently resides in Colorado.
