Annette Devereaux

As an engagement manager at GHV, Annette works in a cross-cutting role focused on digital public infrastructure, global health. She has worked with policy, advocacy, health, and digital teams at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as well as with private-sector clients. Within her portfolio, Annette brings a focus on stakeholder engagement, strategy development, project management, facilitation, and coordination across teams.

Annette brings 13 years of deep expertise in advocacy, fundraising, and partnership-based approaches to global health and development. Throughout her career, she has developed strategies to cultivate, manage, and steward corporate partners at the $1 million+ level and executed high-impact partnership activations including executive and employee engagement programs.

Previously, Annette served as director of corporate partnerships and stakeholder engagement at the ONE Campaign, where she designed high-level partnerships and projects, managed ONE’s stakeholder network, and led the organization’s corporate partnership portfolio.
