This is a landscape analysis of current investments by the US government in the provision of safe water, and overall water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) in healthcare facilities (HCF). WASH in HCF is a cross-cutting issue that falls under both global health and WASH priorities. We therefore examined US Government prioritization and financial flows under both categories as appropriate.
