GHV supported the NCD Alliance in conducting an independent, external review of the Alliance’s efforts to achieve its aims and objectives as set out in its 2016-2020 strategic plan.
GHV provided strategic and organizational recommendations to inform the NDC Alliance’s planning process for 2021+. This included an in-depth desk review of relevant documents, a landscape analysis, in-depth interviews, strategic planning sessions with the NCDA team, an online survey and board meeting participation.
