Global Health Visions is pleased to announce that Ann Starrs, an extraordinary leader in sexual and reproductive health and rights, has joined GHV as a senior consultant to work with our Women’s Health team!
Ann brings strong leadership and management skills, including strategic thinking and communications, establishing collaborative partnerships, effective advocacy and public speaking, problem-solving, resource mobilization, and building and maintaining strong and diverse leadership teams. She has in-depth technical knowledge of sexual and reproductive health and rights issues (SRHR) globally and in the U.S. along with acute political instincts for negotiating challenging situations.
